Procurement Intern – Global Procurement Projects Support

About the role

Air Liquide is looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Intern to support its global procurement division for one year. You will combine quantitative financial analysis with administrative governance, helping track savings and ensure policy compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and audit baseline procurement financial models, tracking spend variations and realized savings.
• Generate automated KPI dashboards, commercial metrics reports and visualisations for leadership.
• Analyse supplier proposals, build cost‑benefit matrices and support market‑intelligence activities.
• Draft internal procurement memos, executive summaries and SOPs; assist with regional policy roll‑outs.
• Coordinate audit documentation, digital retention of sign‑offs and policy deviations.
• Track timelines, phase‑gates and critical‑path tasks for strategic savings initiatives.
• Liaise with Procurement, Finance and Legal stakeholders to drive project milestones.
• Organise steering‑committee meetings, manage agendas and archive minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a high GPA, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with diverse regional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
