Procurement & Logistics Senior Specialist

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Senior Specialist will oversee and optimise the end‑to‑end logistics and procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and efficient cost management. This role works closely with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate shipping rates and coordinate shipments with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments, manage customs clearance, and handle ACID processes in Nafezaa.
• Place purchase orders, monitor order processing, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Control procurement costs, lead times and resolve supply, shipping or clearing issues.
• Maintain master data, price lists and vendor information in SAP.
• Issue and manage claims for shipment discrepancies and monitor supplier KPIs.
• Support the sales team with procurement‑related activities.
• Prepare purchasing, costing, inventory and sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong command of English.
