About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of vehicles, spare parts, and related services for our car‑rental fleet. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for vehicles, spare parts, maintenance services, and fleet‑related requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and optimise procurement processes.
- Coordinate with fleet, operations, and finance teams to meet company requirements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply‑chain risks in the automotive sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the car‑rental or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, fleet management, and supplier networks.
- Excellent negotiation and contract‑management skills.
- Strong analytical and cost‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
