Procurement Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of vehicles, spare parts and related services for our automotive/car‑rental operations. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, negotiate and contract with suppliers for vehicles, parts, maintenance and fleet services.
• Manage vendor relationships and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
• Control costs, oversee budgeting and drive procurement optimisation.
• Collaborate with fleet, operations and finance teams to meet organisational requirements.
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics and supply‑chain risks in the automotive sector.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the automotive or car‑rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, fleet management and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid cost‑management skills.
