Procurement Packaging Supervisor

About the role

The Procurement Packaging Supervisor oversees daily packaging operations, ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and production targets. This role coordinates closely with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to keep the packaging line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise packaging line activities to meet production schedules and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Lead and support packaging team members to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging or production, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
