Procurement Productivity Leader

About the role

Join us as a Procurement Productivity Leader and take ownership of initiatives that drive efficiency and value across the organization. You will lead digital transformation projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate an annual CoS/QVE productivity program per product range or plant, coordinating with stakeholders to introduce innovation.
• Lead a matrix team at product‑range level, building networks with plant teams, change owners and lines of business.
• Establish strong governance, workshops and events, and follow up with monthly and quarterly reporting on results and action plans.
• Ensure a pipeline of ideas and accelerate execution of QVE and CoS initiatives to improve cost and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Proven ability to influence and drive large sets of projects autonomously.
• Leadership, change‑management capabilities and solid analytical skills.
• Business acumen to set vision and strategy for QVE across ETO.

Required skills

• Advanced level Artificial Intelligence tools for optimizing procurement workflows.
• Intermediate level business acumen, change management, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, procurement processes and digital literacy.
