Procurement & Sales Specialist (Cairo)

About the role

House Babylon is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Procurement & Sales Specialist to manage product development, supplier coordination, logistics and business development for its premium lifestyle brand. The role bridges procurement, production, project management and sales to ensure smooth delivery of Studio Babylon orders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design, production and logistics teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage production schedules, monitor quality, and follow up on contracts and milestones with suppliers.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, create purchase orders and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee shipments, warehouse operations and store deliveries, including logistics for events.
• Handle all Studio Babylon orders, from production to fulfilment and delivery.
• Identify new client opportunities, follow up leads and build relationships with architects, interior designers and partners.
• Contribute to sales targets and earn a 2.5% commission on secured Studio Babylon orders.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in procurement, production coordination, logistics or sales within a B2B environment.
• Ability to work closely with founders and cross‑functional teams.
