Procurement Specialist – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage both direct and indirect local purchasing activities. The successful candidate will ensure that materials and services are available at the best possible quality, cost, and delivery terms while supporting the company’s overall supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local procurement for direct and indirect materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, local purchasing, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
