Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will implement procurement standards for selecting, contracting and managing external suppliers across the bank. The role ensures supplier risks are identified, tracked and mitigated, and that all purchase requests follow the approved financial validation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and consolidate purchasing requests from business units.
• Conduct RFI, RFQ and RFP processes, including vendor pre‑qualification and NDA handling.
• Organise bid opening sessions with the sourcing, finance, business and legal committee.
• Analyse quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms, conditions and service level agreements.
• Perform sanction screening, compliance due diligence and fraud screening before contract award.
• Maintain contract and license records, support ERP vendor master data, and report to the Head of Sourcing.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong time‑management and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills.
