Product & Email Designer (Remote, Figma & Klaviyo)

About the role

We are a small, fast‑moving product team seeking a versatile designer to own visual work from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with both product and marketing, creating everything from email sequences to app screens and landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Design email flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, campaigns).
• Develop and iterate UI screens for new product features.
• Create marketing‑focused website and landing page layouts.
• Maintain consistency across all surfaces by applying and evolving the design system.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and clean file organization.
• Hands‑on experience designing real‑world email campaigns, preferably using Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Mailchimp, Braze).
• Portfolio showcasing shipped products, not just concepts.
• Excellent written English and the confidence to ask clarifying questions.
• Proactive mindset – willing to suggest better solutions rather than just execute.
