Product Manager – Physical Security

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Product Manager for Physical Security to drive vendor sales, expand market reach and support the company’s global distribution network. You will act as the bridge between vendors, channel partners and internal sales teams, ensuring growth and profitability of the assigned product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, channel and geographic growth targets for physical security solutions.
• Manage vendor marketing funds in line with contracts and internal systems.
• Design and implement reseller programs tailored to different channel segments.
• Plan, strategize and execute sales initiatives using assigned sales resources.
• Monitor sales pipelines and drive closure through the sales teams.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 7 years of experience in IT distribution.
• Background in physical security solutions is preferred.
• Proven experience in vendor, channel and sales management.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of geographic expansion and business innovation.
• Strong business acumen and accountability.
