Product Manager - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Project Manager (Product Manager) to execute the product vision and strategy for a specific product or products. The role links customer needs and market opportunities with the delivery team, shapes the product concept and roadmap, and guides junior team members in product management best practices and PwC's digital ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, build and maintain a product roadmap, and prioritise features that drive revenue and adoption
• Analyse market trends, competitive intelligence and customer feedback to refine product concepts
• Create release plans, write user stories and product requirements, and work with designers on UI, wireframes and prototypes
• Manage development sprints, evaluate feature requests and estimate effort with engineering
• Facilitate non-Scrum meetings across design, engineering, QA and architecture, mentor Product Owners and influence stakeholders

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Product Manager role with full accountability for product decisions
• Proven product management experience in a technology-driven or digital business, in an Agile/Scrum environment with backlog ownership and release planning
• Experience with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) and exposure to SaaS product development
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science); PSPO II or A-CSPO certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal English, able to lead meetings, write documentation and present to stakeholders
