Product Owner - AI Agent Platform

About the role

CODE81, part of the Technology Cluster of Ghobash Group, is looking for a Product Owner for its AI Agent Platform. The role defines the product vision and roadmap, leads Agile development and owns the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on AI model integration, low-code/no-code workflows and enterprise adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Agent Platform roadmap aligned with business goals and AI trends, prioritizing features with RICE, MoSCoW and JTBD, and ensure the platform is scalable, multi-tenant and cloud-agnostic.
• Work with engineering, UX and data teams to turn requirements into technical execution, lead sprint planning and backlog refinement, and keep the backlog balanced between technical debt and innovation.
• Define AI model integration strategies (OpenAI, Falcon, Hugging Face, LangChain) and low-code/no-code workflows, connectors and automation.
• Own the go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales, run competitive analysis, and drive pilot programs, beta launches and PoCs.
• Gather client and stakeholder feedback, work with sales on ideal customer profiles and support enterprise adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably in AI, SaaS or cloud platforms.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in AI / GenAI.
• Experience with GTM strategies, monetization models and enterprise B2B product launches.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for C-suite engagement and investor pitches.
• Bonus: background in data-driven decision-making, AI ethics or regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Functional understanding of APIs, multi-tenant SaaS and cloud architectures.
• Agile, JIRA and backlog management tools.
• User research, analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
• Technical bonus: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle 19c, RESTful web services, Maven, Bitbucket, Eclipse STS, JUnit.
