Product Owner – CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service)

About the role

The Product Owner for CPaaS will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cloud‑based communication services such as messaging, voice, video, and APIs. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver innovative, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CPaaS solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee the development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Work with marketing and sales to create go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and enable sales teams.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and act as product evangelist.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate on features based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (MBA a plus).
• At least 2 years of product management experience, preferably in cloud communications, telecom or SaaS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with CPaaS, API‑driven products, or cloud communication technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud‑based communication services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and translating customer needs into product requirements.
