Product Owner Senior Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Senior Product Owner Specialist to shape the future of its terminal and device offerings. You will work within a cross‑functional squad, translating business vision into actionable product backlogs and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define comprehensive business requirements for multi‑domain tickets covering propositions, payment partner enrolment, offers, DLM, operations and sales capabilities.
• Drive implementation of key enablers and capabilities that support Vodafone’s strategic objectives.
• Identify gaps between business vision and required enablers, proposing a clear roadmap.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise business value in line with the annual calendar.
• Represent the business perspective within the squad, making day‑to‑day decisions on scope, trade‑offs and deliverables.
• Engage continuously with stakeholders to align expectations, gather input and validate outcomes.
• Monitor delivery progress across all project stages and raise alerts when needed to keep timelines on track.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Preferable knowledge of the telecom sector or consumer technology domain (devices, terminals, etc.).
