Product & Packaging Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product & Packaging Designer to own the visual identity of our coating products. You will create label and packaging artwork that withstands harsh environments and meets regulatory requirements for our automotive refinish, car care, wood and industrial ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Design labels and packaging for multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with label printers and container decorators on artwork, substrates, print methods and colours.
• Approve proofs and reject any print run that deviates from specifications.
• Define packaging artwork specifications together with the laboratory and quality teams.
• Develop artwork that complies with hazard and regulatory labeling standards.
• Produce technical datasheets, catalogues, exhibition graphics and point‑of‑sale material.
• Maintain a consistent brand system across hundreds of SKUs in Arabic and English.
• Create product visuals for launches, distributor packs and export material.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, product design, industrial design, applied arts or fine arts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging, branding or product design.
• A portfolio that includes physical packaging work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of CMYK, pre‑press, print production, substrates and finishing.
• Ability to keep artwork consistent across a large SKU count and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
