Production Controller

About the role

The Production Controller ensures accurate daily tracking of manufacturing activities within the Odoo ERP system. You will record manufacturing orders, update production data, manage inventory entries, and generate performance reports, acting as a liaison between production, warehouse, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and validate daily production data (receiving, delivering, material consumption, actual production) in Odoo.
• Create, update, and close Manufacturing Orders (MO) and generate production IPC and inventory reports.
• Execute internal material transfers and perform monthly/daily inventory cut‑offs with physical counts.
• Monitor raw material and packaging inventory accuracy per shift.
• Review and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) against approved recipes and implement any changes in Odoo.
• Track and report daily production KPIs, including fulfillment, scrap, breakdowns, and estimated revenue loss.
• Coordinate production plans with the planning team and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in production control, reporting or manufacturing operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and ability to work day/night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis.
