Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Giza. You will work on‑site, driving efficiency, quality and sustainability in our plastics production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure high product standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the shop floor and provide rapid solutions.
• Support recycling initiatives and help integrate sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, maintenance and quality departments to meet production targets.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, process specifications and operational documentation.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong interest in recycling and sustainable plastics engineering.
