Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Ain Sokhna. You will be responsible for monitoring daily production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise daily production processes to meet efficiency and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Analyse production data, prepare reports, and identify bottlenecks.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action processes.
• Train production staff on best practices, new equipment and process changes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to flexible schedules.
