Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Gest For Metals is looking for a qualified Production Engineer to lead and optimise manufacturing processes at its facility in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality while supervising the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee all elements of production in the factory.
• Assess current production methods and develop improved processes.
• Design and implement cost‑reductive changes while maximising machinery and workforce productivity.
• Determine equipment layout, staffing needs, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Train, supervise and manage production line workers.
• Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
• Develop and enforce quality control measures.
• Hire and coordinate technicians for equipment maintenance.
• Diagnose breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe operation.
• Work within set budgetary plans and communicate with clients and vendors for material procurement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Residence in 10th of Ramadan City.
