Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

This on‑site position offers the chance to make a significant impact on production processes and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize production processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout all production stages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing principles.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience in process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
