Production Engineer - Steel

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer specialized in steel fabrication to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency across the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians and production teams to meet production targets.
• Ensure product quality according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve operational and production issues efficiently.
• Reduce material waste and improve overall production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with HSE and safety regulations within the factory.
• Collaborate with planning, quality, and engineering departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare production reports and keep management informed of progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication or heavy industrial production.
• Experience managing workshop activities and manpower.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
