Production & Finalizer (Creative Asset Specialist)

About the role

KMF Agency is seeking a Production & Finalizer to join its creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, polishing and delivering high‑quality artwork for both print and digital media, ensuring every asset meets the agency’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize artwork for print, digital, and production use.
• Verify that all files comply with technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Create packaging files, dielines, mock‑ups and other production‑ready assets.
• Liaise with suppliers, printing houses and internal creative teams to coordinate production.
• Conduct final quality checks before assets are delivered to clients.
• Organise and archive project files in a systematic manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production and finalization.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, colour management (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and production specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Previous experience in branding, advertising or a creative agency is highly preferred.
