Production Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant maintenance team. The role is focused on maximizing equipment uptime, reliability and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to minimise downtime.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programmes for all production equipment.
• Plan and execute plant shutdowns and major maintenance activities.
• Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE and downtime.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives in reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
