Production Manager – Cotton Ring Spinning Factory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the operations of a 100% cotton ring‑spinning factory in Alexandria. The role focuses on delivering efficient production, meeting output targets, ensuring yarn quality, and driving continuous improvement across the spinning process.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient production and achieve daily/weekly production targets.
• Maintain high yarn quality throughout the spinning line.
• Optimize manpower, resources and shift schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and OEE enhancement.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and work closely with maintenance teams.
• Oversee production planning, KPI monitoring and productivity improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Textile or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of production experience with significant managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience in 100 % cotton ring spinning and thorough knowledge of the process from Blow Room to Winding.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑shift production teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good command of English and proficient use of MS Office.
