Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets.
• Develop and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Procurement, and Quality departments.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
• Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators.
• Resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
