Production Pharmacist

About the role

The Production Pharmacist is responsible for operating multiple manufacturing machines while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and GMP standards. The role supports production targets, collaborates with quality and engineering teams, and assists in investigations and incident reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Operate more than one production machine in compliance with guidelines and production targets.
• Supervise daily line operations, ensuring processes follow established standards.
• Coach and train junior staff on simple tasks and SOP compliance.
• Document manufacturing orders and packaging standards in SAP and paper systems.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and reliability problems.
• Communicate with quality, engineering, and external technicians to maintain workflow and compliance.
• Assist quality and plant management in investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Pharmacy.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• SAP for manufacturing documentation.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
