Production Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Production Pharmacist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing line. The role involves operating multiple production machines, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and supporting the achievement of daily production targets. You will work closely with quality, engineering and plant teams to maintain smooth and safe operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise more than one production machine while adhering to established guidelines.
• Follow all manufacturing policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Document manufacturing orders and packaging standards in SAP and paper systems.
• Coach and train junior staff on routine tasks and SOP compliance.
• Assist quality and plant management in investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and reliability problems to ensure continuity.
• Communicate with internal departments (quality, engineering) and external technicians to coordinate work.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, environmental and GMP requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Pharmacy.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, planning and organisational abilities.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for manufacturing documentation.
