Production Planner

About the role

Join EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company that values health and well‑being. We are seeking a Production Planner to support weekly production plans, ensuring demand, capacity and material availability are aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Support production planning activities and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Conduct capacity analysis and scenario planning to optimise production resources.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor and analyse planning KPIs such as Plan Adherence, OTIF and Capacity Utilisation.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution.
• Identify planning gaps and support corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 0‑2 years of experience in production planning, production or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge; Oracle experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of production processes, capacity planning and material availability.
• Internal candidates need approval from the Direct Manager.
