Production Section Head

About the role

The Production Section Head is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role oversees the preparation and execution of production data sheets, monitors work order performance, and leads a high‑performing team to meet factory objectives while minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Production Data Sheets (PDS) in line with the planning department’s schedule and ensure accurate work order execution.
• Monitor and evaluate work order progress, analysing performance metrics against production targets.
• Compile and submit daily, monthly and annual production performance reports for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead, develop and motivate teams to achieve production goals and remove operational obstacles.
• Maintain product quality and compliance with established standards.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance strategies.
• Drive energy management initiatives, report on energy performance and support ISO 50001:2018 implementation.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of relevant experience in production or electrical engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional certificate in SolidWorks for Electrical Design.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
