Production Supervisor – Home Textiles & Garments

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead the sewing lines at our Abu Khalifa factory in Ismailia. The role ensures daily production targets are met while maintaining high quality and efficient workflow across cutting, sewing and finishing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sewing production lines and achieve set output targets.
• Allocate work to operators, helpers and line leaders to optimise manpower utilisation.
• Monitor workflow across cutting, sewing and finishing to ensure continuous production.
• Track daily production plans, report deviations and resolve on‑site issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, reducing defects, rework and material waste.
• Monitor operator performance, productivity and attendance.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse departments.
• Prepare daily production reports covering output, efficiency, manpower and issues.
• Maintain a safe, organised and disciplined work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garments or related applied arts.
• 3–5 years of experience in home textiles, furnishings or garments manufacturing.
• Proven experience supervising sewing production lines.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
