Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor, ensuring that daily output meets quality, quantity and safety standards. The role involves planning, coordinating resources and driving continuous improvement across production and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term production and maintenance plans.
• Approve and monitor the use of raw and packaging materials.
• Manage staff, equipment and material to guarantee efficient operations.
• Ensure daily production aligns with specifications, quality targets and planned quantities.
• Allocate personnel and resources for work orders, machinery and equipment loading.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and keep expenditures within the approved budget.
• Prepare job descriptions and work programs for sub‑ordinates and oversee their execution.
• Produce regular reports for the Manufacturing Manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications relevant to production environments.
• Familiarity with GM standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Production Management Systems.
