About the role
The Production System Admin Officer is responsible for managing policy booking processes, validating policy wording, and ensuring system security. The role also involves monitoring system issues and creating user accounts for employees and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Create all related issues before booking any policy.
- Book policies and validate their wording.
- Follow up validation steps with relevant departments.
- Monitor system requests, including bugs and errors.
- Ensure security of user codes.
- Create system users for employees and clients.
Required profile
- Pharmacy graduate (mandatory).
- Technical and organized mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Effective time management and creativity.
- Capability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Internet navigation.
