Program Manager II – UTR Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a motivated Program Manager II to lead the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) initiative for Under‑the‑Roof (UTR) operations across its MENA delivery stations. You will work hands‑on on the floor, conduct time‑and‑motion studies, and design solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and associate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design, launch and manage new transportation‑related products and programs in the MENA region.
• Benchmark UTR processes and technology against Amazon’s developed markets.
• Gather requirements, conceptualize solutions, and own the UTR product portfolio and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to launch programs and implement new UTR technologies on‑site.
• Evaluate launch outcomes, capture learnings, and integrate them into future plans.
• Establish standard operating procedures and create metrics to monitor compliance, safety, quality, productivity and associate experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional work with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven ability to define and implement process improvements.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making skills, and the capacity to balance customer experience with financial impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead projects in ambiguous environments.
