Project Architect – Design & Coordination

About the role

GDG Consultant is seeking a motivated Project Architect with 4–7 years of experience to lead architectural design, produce working drawings, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for translating concepts into detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural working drawings and technical documentation.
• Create detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in technical meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Maintain high‑quality design documentation and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in architectural design, working drawings, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical detailing, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
