About the role
Utilco is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of its infrastructure projects. The role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to drive project success across micro‑tunneling, HDD, and sewer & water network projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using proven planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong leadership experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience in the infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
