Project Director – Large‑Scale Mixed‑Use Development

About the role

We are expanding our team for an exciting large‑scale mixed‑use development on Egypt’s North Coast and are seeking a senior Project Director to lead the project from initiation through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring client‑facing and stakeholder management.
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
• Represent the owner or PMC on the client side throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field; Master’s in Project Management or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing large‑scale infrastructure, residential, hotel, resort or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven experience with reputable PMC/consultants or Tier 1 contractors and major developers.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• PMP certification (mandatory) and PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Risk Management certification or demonstrated risk mitigation expertise.
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, cost control and budgeting.
