Project Engineer

About the role

Egis Group is looking for a detail-oriented Project Engineer to join its team in Cairo, Egypt. The role suits a driven professional who wants to contribute to innovative projects while building expertise in project execution and engineering coordination, working alongside experienced project professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between different trades
• Liaise with clients to identify, define and document project deliverables
• Collaborate with contractors, designers and statutory stakeholders so projects progress smoothly
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records
• Prepare and deliver clear project reports and communications to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical clashes by raising RFIs and reports
• Support team coordination and foster a collaborative working environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 5 to 6 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant or similar role in a project-driven environment
• Strong technical and site background
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing project priorities
