Project Management Working Student – Rolling Stock

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility’s Rolling Stock team in Egypt as a Project Management Working Student. You will support one of the region’s first high‑speed rail projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a large‑scale, international engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Assist in developing and optimizing document‑management processes and repositories.
• Build and support process‑improvement and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, and data handling.
• Create dashboards, templates, and automated reports to enhance project transparency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into practical digital solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of initiatives.
