About the role
The German‑Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK) in Egypt is expanding its Business & Market Entry Services team. As a Project Manager you will coordinate consulting services and delegation projects that connect German and Egyptian businesses, supporting trade, research and B2B matchmaking.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute business delegations, B2B matchmaking events and trade missions, handling logistics and onsite support.
- Prepare briefings, project documentation and promotional materials in English and/or German.
- Conduct market and sector research, produce factsheets and internal reports.
- Assist in writing project proposals, service offers and track financial expenditures.
- Handle service requests from German and Egyptian companies, providing partner searches, office‑in‑office solutions and regulatory research.
- Maintain CRM records and contribute to internal quality reporting.
- Coordinate with internal AHK teams (Marketing, Finance, Admin) and external partners, donors, ministries and corporate stakeholders.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Economics, International Relations or a related field.
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in international business, consulting or project work.
- Strong interest in bilateral economic cooperation between Germany and Egypt.
