Project Manager – Engineering (Real Estate)

About the role

Marsoum Developments is seeking a full‑time Project Manager Engineering to lead the engineering side of its residential and commercial real‑estate projects in Alexandria. You will be on‑site, coordinating design, construction, and delivery to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering activities from concept through handover.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project plans, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Supervise quality checks, inspections, and compliance with local building regulations.
• Manage material and equipment flows, logistics, and expediting to keep sites on track.
• Identify and resolve technical, scheduling, or risk issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction or real‑estate development projects, preferably residential or mixed‑use.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Alexandria and handle multiple priorities.
