Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering and construction projects from initiation through delivery. The role ensures projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets while managing stakeholder expectations and risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Communicate status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain project records.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget through change control processes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 12–14 years of project management experience.
• PMP and/or RMP certification preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
