Project Manager

About the role

Join EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, as a Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end management of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) transformation portfolio. You will drive transformation workstreams, continuous‑improvement initiatives and digital/AI rollouts, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and with clear governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the GSC project portfolio, tracking progress, risks, KPIs and governance activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute initiatives and resolve dependencies.
• Support continuous‑improvement and change‑management activities across the GSC function.
• Provide structured reporting to free the CSCO to focus on strategic direction and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• PMP certification and strong technical aptitude preferred.
• 5–8 years of project or program management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or supply‑chain transformation environments.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen or root‑cause analysis methodologies is a strong advantage.
