Project Manager - New Product Development

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company based in Haram, Giza, Egypt, is looking for a Project Manager to join its team. The role supports the planning, execution and delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget and timelines, working closely with R&D, quality assurance, production and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality assurance, production, supply chain) to align projects.
• Analyze project data, give actionable insights and recommend ways to improve performance.
• Help prepare project documentation such as schedules, budgets and status reports.
• Contribute to improving project management processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in project management, R&D or operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
