Project Manager - Pharma Cluster

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company focused on health and well-being, is looking for a Project Manager in its Saudi Cluster based in Giza. The role leads and coordinates cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective governance, regulatory compliance and alignment with business priorities, with a strong focus on patient access and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects so that at least 95% are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Support project execution that shortens development timelines and enables timely product launches while complying with SFDA and MOH requirements.
• Run regular governance meetings, maintain open communication channels and align stakeholders on strategic objectives.
• Build dashboards, performance reports and actionable recommendations to support data-driven decisions and financial objectives.
• Introduce continuous improvement initiatives, prepare project charters and run projects through PMO stage-gate processes.
• Track action plans, resolve project challenges and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations or a cross-functional role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while keeping timelines and priorities.
• Knowledge of SFDA regulations and the Saudi pharmaceutical market is preferred; very good English is required, Arabic is an advantage.
