Project Manager – Residential Construction Sites

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from initiation through hand‑over. You will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall construction management of residential projects, including preparation and approval of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Oversee scope implementation for construction, fabrication, load‑out, offshore installation, hook‑up, pre‑commissioning and commissioning.
• Monitor and report progress, cash flow, risks and opportunities to Project Directors.
• Control changes to specifications, work scope and drawings, and maintain accurate documentation of lessons learned.
• Review man‑hour forecasts, monitor productivity, and investigate schedule variances.
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Manage project quality, budget, variations, and coordinate with all stakeholders throughout the project life‑cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 11–15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential compounds.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working on Egypt’s North Coast is a plus.
• Fluent English and background in real‑estate owner representation or PMO.
