Project Manager – Technical Office (North Coast, Egypt)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of technical projects on the North Coast site in Egypt. Reporting to the PMO, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and objectives, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor financials, resource utilization, risks, issues and change requests to maintain performance and profitability.
• Communicate regularly with customers, provide status updates and guarantee client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply PMO methodologies, quality standards and governance processes while maintaining complete documentation.
• Oversee project closure, including final acceptance, operational handover, financial close‑out and lessons learned.
• Utilise Technical Office background to support engineering coordination, technical documentation review and execution oversight.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in light‑current systems, structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control and data‑center infrastructure.
• Background in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Residence in Alexandria or willingness to relocate to the North Coast site.
