Project Manager – Technology & Business Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver technology and business projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and senior leadership.
• Provide regular status reports and ensure governance, quality standards and compliance.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives and steering‑committee updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–11+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology‑driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience leading distributed, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting.

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack.
• Risk, issue, change and budget management.
• Stakeholder and vendor management, executive communication.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.
