Project Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Project Quality Control Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control processes across the organization. This senior position reports to senior leadership and ensures that products and services meet all regulatory and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, document, and communicate quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of QC professionals, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities, develop inspection plans, conduct audits, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality, conduct supplier audits, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare reports.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on quality incidents and lead problem‑solving efforts.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to foster a culture of quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a QC Manager role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a QC team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Quality control methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA and GxP standards.
• Root‑cause analysis techniques.
