Project Quality Leader

About the role

The Project Quality Leader (PQL) ensures that all quality aspects of Schneider Electric projects are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Solution Center Leader, the PQL works with internal teams and customers to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review quality requirements, identify risks and define mitigation plans during project selling.
• Assess quality assurance and control needs, detect deviations and support resource estimation for quality activities.
• Prepare Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and other customer‑required quality documents.
• Coordinate creation, approval and maintenance of quality documentation throughout project execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure OG supplier compliance, manage claims and drive corrective and preventive actions for non‑conformities.
• Lead communication with customers on quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project quality management, preferably in industrial or energy‑related projects.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and inspection test planning.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with project managers, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
